This freely distibutable shareware package contains a self-extracting archive.  To install it, simply run the executable which was contained within the zip file.

LSP SFX-Builder (LSP-SFX) is a utility that provides an easy and royalty-free way to 
create native Windows single-file self-extracting archives (SFX) and SFX-distribution 
systems with only 34K of overhead. Create a setup screen with main text and copyright 
text on a blue gradient background. Add groups and icons to the program manager and 
optional use the native Windows uninstaller (10K overhead). The system includes two
